It is one thing to be small and petite and another when you are looking for yoga clothing as there is usually not a wide selection of yoga tops and even less cute yoga tops and one ends up spending hours looking for yoga tops that have a funky and cute flavour to them.

Cute yoga tops still need to meet with certain yoga criteria such as they need to be snug and comfortable as well as allow you to move easily and freely when performing stretching exercises. Even though you may have a small frame you still have to have bust support so make sure the yoga top has additional support.

Depending on what type of yoga you are doing will depend on what type of yoga tops your will need. For instance; if you are doing hot yoga then you will require a top that is lightweight and made from organic cotton and Lycra. This type of material absorbs sweat and allows the skin to breath.

I really like this top but I am not sure if I can wear it for my yoga class but its well worth a try.
